Niagara Region: Market Update

Residential home sales activity recorded in the region are a total of 449 units in February 2023, compared to 630 units in February 2022.

 

There were 817 residential properties listed compared to 864 in January 2023 . The average days on market has gone up 242.9% since February 2022 to an average of 48 days.
